Job summary

Weekday (YC W21) is seeking two highly driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office on real-scale challenges in business operations and recruiting workflows.

You’ll identify bottlenecks, build scalable processes, and apply AI to reduce repetitive work while helping scale recruiting in the US market. Ownership is expected from idea to execution, with a path to a longer-term role based on performance.

The Role

We’re looking for 2 highly driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office.

This is not a “shadow the founders and make slides” internship. You’ll work on real problems across business operations, recruiting workflows, process improvement, and special projects (0 to 1)—and be expected to take ownership from idea to execution. You’ll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup establishes operations at scale, and will work closely with the founding team on high-priority initiatives. Opportunity to turn the internship into a longer-term role based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the Founder’s Office on high-priority business operations projects
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build simple, scalable processes to solve them
• Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve team efficiency
• Support in setting up & scaling recruiting operations across the US market
• Take on ambiguous problems where there is no predefined playbook

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in working US hours is a plus—but not required

Work Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM IST / 6 PM to 3 AM IST / 11 PM to 8 AM IST (Any one slot)

Monthly Stipend: INR 15,000 - 25,000 Payout Structure - {15K Fixed (10k base + 5K Night Shift allowance) + 10K Performance Pay}

Duration: 3 months
