Job summary

You will source candidates via portals and networks, screen and interview, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and drive onboarding. Strong stakeholder management and ATS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience in engineering/industrial sectors.
