Job summary

Vvdn Technologies in India is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the complete hiring lifecycle, from requirement understanding to onboarding coordination. You will partner with Hiring Managers to align on skills and experience, and develop multi-channel sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and social networks.

The role involves screening for technical fit and cultural alignment, coordinating interviews, and driving offer discussions to closure.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit and business requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for interviews, feedback, candidate evaluation and selection.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, offer release and closure.
