0–2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree or MBA freshers can apply. Freshers with strong communication and high energy are encouraged to apply. The interview mode is FTF, with general shifts and work from office.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End sourcing and recruitment for IT or Non-IT requirements.
• Fulfil large numbers of staffing requirements across domains and industries.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine and Monster and other channels.
• Craft recruitment emails to attract passive candidates and screen applicants.
• Advertise openings on company careers page, social media and job boards.
• Provide shortlists to hiring managers and assist onboarding.

• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
