Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in Product and Business Analyst roles or related hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and present recruiting plans to managers.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across units.
• Coordinate interviews (in-person/Zoom) and manage ATS data accuracy.
• Drive campus hiring initiatives and data-driven recruitment efforts.

The recruiter will also drive campus hiring initiatives and supportdata-driven recruitment efforts to meet organisational hiring goals inafat-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create recruiting strategies to present to peers,hiring managers, and leadership
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managersand key internal stakeholders
• Work closely with other Recruiters to develop andrun effective sourcing strategies geared toward attracting top-tier technicaltalent
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passivetalent for all business units in a high metrics-driven organization
• Schedule and manage in-person, zoom virtualinterviews, presentations, and other internal meetings and interactions
• Updating candidate status and job postings inrecruiting systems and maintaining data integrity with the Applicant TrackingSystem (ATS)
• Tracking recruiting activities, timely responsesto scheduling requests, emails, and any related correspondences
• Effectively managing the university recruitmentprocess
• Develops and executes university recruitingstrategies leveraging analytics, rapid experimentation, and owns outcomes forbusiness or functional focus areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Master'sin Business Administration

Requirements:

• 3-6 years prior experience working on Product andBusiness Analyst roles at all levels.
• Experience partnering with senior-level managers,interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge ofthe consumer tech talent market
• Proven experience with innovative sourcingmethods
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant trackingsystems, and candidate management systems
• Hands-on experience with various selectionprocesses like phone interviews and reference checks
• High energy to coordinate and execute interviews,candidate coordination without frustration
