Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, BD, and Account Manager roles across the US and India. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.

Based in Begumpet, Hyderabad, you will work a US PST shift and collaborate with hiring managers across markets to deliver quality candidates on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar business roles.
• Experience recruiting for the US market is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, BD, AM, and related roles across the US and India.
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage salary discussions, offer coordination, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversions, and offer-to-joining ratios.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Sales and Account Manager (AM) positions across the US and India, based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand business hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience hiring for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar business roles.
• Experience recruiting for the US market is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and changing hiring priorities.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and offer management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, ownership, and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in a staffing, recruitment, consulting, or corporate talent acquisition environment.
• Understanding of Sales and Account Manager hiring requirements in the US and Indian markets.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business leaders.
• Comfortable working in a US shift and from the office in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
