Job summary

T&M Services Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience, preferably from the Manufacturing / Engineering industry, to manage end-to-end recruitment and support manpower requirements.

Responsibilities include sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and job portals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, onboarding, bulk hiring, and maintaining recruitment MIS to ensure timely closures while adhering to HR policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR recruitment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of blue-collar and technical hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, technical, and staff-level positions.

• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
