Job summary

MACOM in Sonipat, Haryana, is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across Production, CNC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, PPC, Stores and other departments. You will source candidates through portals and networks, screen CVs and conduct HR interviews, coordinating technical and management interviews.

You will also handle salary negotiations, offers, joining and onboarding, while maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Handle manpower requirements for Production, CNC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, PPC, Stores, Purchase and other departments.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, references and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout and candidate follow-up.
• Drive joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database and recruitment MIS.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing manpower requirements.
