Silverspace Inc in Ahmedabad is hiring a US Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US roles, engaging with candidates and clients to ensure fast, quality placements and strong candidate pipelines.

You will work on-site in the Ahmedabad office, night shift 18:30–03:30 IST, five days a week, focusing on sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for US positions.

• Role Overview: Seeking a high-energy, communication-driven professional to handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment cycles with speed and precision at Silverspace Inc
• Location: On-site at 605, 6th Floor, Silicon Tower, C.G. Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad.
• Shift Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift), 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various Non-IT positions across the US market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality talent through proactive sourcing rather than relying solely on job boards.
• Manage stakeholder alignment by coordinating with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent consistently.
• Maintain excellent rapport with candidates to ensure high show-up rates and successful placements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven track record in US Recruitment.
• Communication: Top-notch verbal and written English skills are mandatory to communicate effectively and persuasively with US-based candidates.
• Flexibility & Focus: Strong understanding of recruitment processes with a heavy emphasis on top-notch communication capabilities.
• Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working the night shift on-site at the Ahmedabad office.
