Job summary

Amplified Hire Eaze Solutions LLP in Ahmedabad is seeking a US IT Recruiter to be the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them to suitable roles in the US market. You will engage via calls, emails, and video meetings, coordinate interviews, and maintain CRM records.

The role requires excellent English communication, willingness to work onsite in Ahmedabad, and night shifts aligned to US EST (7:00 PM–4:00 AM IST). Prior recruitment or related experience is beneficial.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willing to work in Shift Timing: US EST Time Zone (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST) (Night Shift)
• Experience in BPO, EdTech sales, recruitment, or career counselling is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Email tools)
