Job summary

Vizva Consultancy Services seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Non-IT) for its Ahmedabad office. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, driving hiring initiatives with tight SLAs.

You will source candidates, screen, negotiate offers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth interview process and onboarding. The role is full-time, on-site, with a Mon-Fri schedule in the 03:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST window.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of core talent acquisition experience handling IT & Non-IT roles.
• Proficient in Boolean search, job boards and headhunting.
• Ability to close positions quickly while maintaining quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with negotiation skills.
• Willing to work onsite at SG Highway, Ahmedabad in IST 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.

We are hiring a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Non-IT) to join our in-house recruitment team at Vizva Consultancy Services in Ahmedabad.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical domains, driving core hiring initiatives and filling key operational positions under fast-paced timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for diverse in-house IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social platforms, and networking channels to build a talent pipeline.
• Deadline-Driven Hiring: Work efficiently under tight turnaround times and SLAs to deliver quality candidate shortlists.
• Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary evaluations, technical/non-technical screenings, and salary negotiations.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with internal hiring managers to align on job requirements and streamline interview stages.
• Onboarding Support: Oversee candidate offer rollouts, document checks, and smooth onboarding transitions.
