Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing, submission, and closure targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate joining follow-ups.
