Talent Acquisition Associate - US Recruiter

Location: Mysore, Karnataka

Work Timings: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and work on US Recruitment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience who have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US job market, and a passion for identifying and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and hiring manager requirements and gain a clear understanding of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
• Understand and work with US job market requirements, hiring practices, job functions, and employment terminology.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Collect interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Negotiate offers and assist in successfully closing candidates.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, market conditions, and recruitment practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment; US recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and job market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with candidates and clients based in the US.
• Good understanding of US job titles, employment terminology, and hiring practices.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requirements and priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
