Truevae Infra Private Limited is seeking a sales-oriented candidate in Hyderabad to understand client property requirements, explain residential projects and investment opportunities, and drive site visits through proactive engagement.

The role focuses on lead follow-up, customer communication, and coordination with Pre-Sales to convert leads into sales, while maintaining CRM accuracy and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• BBA graduates or final-year students where permitted by college.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement and real estate.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain residential projects, pricing, amenities and investment opportunities.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team and reporting manager to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups and sales updates in the CRM.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
