Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Jaipur. The role involves prospecting and engaging potential buyers and investors, presenting suitable residential and commercial property options, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project features and pricing, negotiating offers, and coordinating with developers, property owners, and legal/finance partners. The Real Estate Sales professional will maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, and provide ongoing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires staying updated on local market trends, inventory, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant real estate knowledge and experience, including Real Estate and Real Property expertise.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, focusing on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License, or be willing and eligible to obtain one as per local regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Familiarity with Jaipur’s real estate market and basic understanding of property documentation and transaction processes.
