Job summary

Lakhera Global Services Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali seeks a driven Real Estate Networking and Marketing Advisor to build relationships with brokers, developers, investors and buyers, promoting property listings through on-ground and digital channels.

You will manage channel partners, run campaigns across social media, portals and ads, create listing content and brochures, generate leads, and support the sales team while staying updated on local market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 2+ years in real estate, sales, or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or local language.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of channel partners, brokers, investors, developers, and referral sources.

• Plan and run marketing campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, property portals, and Google/Meta ads.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads, and hand them to the sales team.
• Organize property launches, open houses, and client events.
• Track lead sources, campaign performance, and conversion rates in the CRM.
• Research local market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
• Share weekly and monthly reports with management.

Key Responsibilities

• Networking & Relationship Building
• Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, investors, developers, and referral sources.
• Attend real estate events, expos, site visits, and industry meetups to generate leads and partnerships.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Onboard new channel partners and keep them updated on inventory, pricing, and offers.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, property portals, and Google/Meta ads.
• Create and coordinate property brochures, listing content, videos, and virtual tours.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads, and hand them to the sales team.
