Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital marketing strategies to drive property sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Generate and qualify leads through online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, digital advertisements, and property listing portals.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional content.
• Organize property exhibitions, site visits, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into successful property sales.
• Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
