Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including property showings, site visits, and client meetings. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting market research, and advising on investment potential and pricing. The role involves negotiating deals, coordinating paperwork and documentation, liaising with developers and property owners, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The consultant will also participate in sales campaigns, attend training sessions, and maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Delhi NCR and Noida.

• Effective Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the organization.
