Job summary

Torrent Group is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, and HR operations across the organization.

The role focuses on performance management, employee relations, HR analytics, and MIS, with an emphasis on strong leadership and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience in relevant sectors and SAP SuccessFactors exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 10-15+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, power, infrastructure, renewable energy, or EPC sectors preferred.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, and modern HR practices preferred.
