Knack RCM is seeking a senior leader with deep US Healthcare RCM experience to manage AR operations, including Physician Billing and DME Billing. The role demands extensive leadership of mid- and senior-level teams, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of improving collections and profitability.

The candidate will oversee large portfolios, drive workforce planning, and partner with US providers to deliver transformation and automation across the AR lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years in US Healthcare RCM industry.
• 8-10 years in AR Operations management.
• Leadership of 5+ years managing Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Leads.
• Strong expertise in Physician Billing AR and DME Billing AR.
• Experience managing large AR portfolios and complex payer environments.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years of experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Operations
• Strong expertise in both Physician Billing AR and DME Billing AR functions
• Proven experience managing large AR portfolios, complex payer environments, and revenue recovery initiatives
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Leads
• Experience handling large operational teams and driving workforce planning, forecasting, and performance management
  Strong understanding of:
• Physician Billing
• DME Billing
• AR Follow-up
• Denial Management
• Appeals & Reconsiderations
• Medicare & Medicaid Regulations
• Commercial Payer Guidelines
• Revenue Optimization Strategies
• Demonstrated success in improving collections, reducing AR aging, and driving operational profitability
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills
• MBA/PGDM, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related qualifications preferred
• Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Healthcare RCM certifications will be an added advantage
