Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Pune: Quality/Process role responsible for creating new formulations under guidance of the tech manager, working with pigments and dyes, and handling polymer materials.

The position involves using spectral, extruder, MFI, DSC, FTIR instruments, maintaining equipment health, and ensuring health and safety compliance on shift.

Qualifications

• Experience creating formulations under guidance of tech manager.
• Hands-on with pigments, dyes, mica pigments, and related lab materials.
• Familiar with spectral, extruder, MFI, DSC, FTIR instruments.

Responsibilities

• Create new formulations under guidance of tech manager.
• Work with spectral, extruder, MFI, DSC, FTIR instruments.
• Maintain equipment health and calibrate lab equipment with maintenance dept.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed during shifts.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Engineer to support QA when staffing is tight.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe workplace.
• Maintain SAP records and ISO documentation; prepare reports.
• Other duties as assigned by Department head.

Job Summary

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager


• Working knowledge of various Pigment, Dyes, Polymer olifin & Eng. Plastic


• Maintain equipment health and calibrate labo equipment per std procedures with help of maintenance dept. have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR etc. equipments


• Candidate should have good knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments and have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, other lab Instruments


• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy


• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand


• To work closely with other Quality Control Engineer and support quality in case of any manpower short


• Maintain housekeeping standards 5S, to ensure a clean and safe workplace


• having Experience to work in software SAP system, ISO document preparation, maintain records, prepare reports


• Various other duties as assigned by Department head.
