Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a quality-focused professional to develop new formulations under managerial guidance and to operate and calibrate key lab equipment like spectral analyzers, extruders, and FTIR. The role requires familiarity with pigments, dyes, and mica pigments, along with strict adherence to safety and 5S practices.

You will collaborate with the Quality Control team and maintain SAP records, while performing ISO documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Formulation development under guidance of tech manager.
• Knowledge of pigments, dyes, mica pigments.
• Experience with spectral analysis, extruder, MFI, FTIR equipment.
• Hands-on with lab instruments and maintaining calibration.

Responsibilities

• Create new formulations under guidance of the tech manager.
• Maintain equipment health and calibrate lab equipment with maintenance dept.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed during shifts.
• Identify root causes and implement fast corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Engineer to support quality.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping for a clean and safe workplace.
• Work with SAP and ISO document preparation and record-keeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

Job Summary

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager


• Working knowledge of various Pigment, Dyes, Polymer olifin & Eng. Plastic


• Maintain equipment health and calibrate labo equipment per std procedures with help of maintenance dept. have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR etc. equipments


• Candidate should have good knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments and have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, other lab Instruments


• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy


• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand


• To work closely with other Quality Control Engineer and support quality in case of any manpower short


• Maintain housekeeping standards 5S, to ensure a clean and safe workplace


• having Experience to work in software SAP system, ISO document preparation, maintain records, prepare reports


• Various other duties as assigned by Department head.
