Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to help develop new formulations under the guidance of the tech manager. The role requires working knowledge of pigments, dyes, polymers, and related lab instruments, with responsibilities for calibrating equipment and following health and safety policies.

You will use spectral analysis, extruder, MFI, DSC, and FTIR instruments, maintain clean lab practices, and support quality teams with documentation in SAP and ISO

Qualifications

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager.
• Working knowledge of pigments, dyes, polymers and related materials.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment with maintenance department support.
• Experience with spectral analysis, extruder, MFI, DSC, FTIR instruments.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety rules and company policy.
• Apply root-cause analysis to identify and resolve problems quickly.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to support manpower and quality metrics.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping for a clean and safe workplace.
• Experience with SAP and ISO documentation; maintain records and reports.
• Other duties as assigned by Department head.

Job Summary

• Working knowledge of various Pigment, Dyes, Polymer olifin & Eng. Plastic


• Maintain equipment health and calibrate labo equipment per std procedures with help of maintenance dept. have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR etc. equipments


• Candidate should have good knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments and have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, other lab Instruments


• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy


• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand


• To work closely with other Quality Control Engineer and support quality in case of any manpower short


• Maintain housekeeping standards 5S, to ensure a clean and safe workplace


• having Experience to work in software SAP system, ISO document preparation, maintain records, prepare reports


• Various other duties as assigned by Department head.
