Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a diligent professional to develop new formulations under the supervision of the tech manager. The role requires working knowledge of pigments, dyes, mica pigments, and related polymers/Eng.

plastics, plus hands-on lab instrument exposure (spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR). You will maintain equipment health, calibrate lab tools per standard procedures with maintenance support, and ensure Health & Safety policy adherence during shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be able to formulate under guidance of tech manager.
• Knowledge of pigments, dyes, mica pigments and related polymers and plastics is expected.
• Familiarity with lab instruments: spectral, extruder, MFI, DSC, FTIR.
• Experience with SAP software and ISO document preparation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager.
• Maintain equipment health and calibrate lab equipment per standard procedures with help from maintenance dept.
• Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed during shifts in line with company policy.
• Work with Quality Control Engineer to support quality and manage manpower shortages.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards for a clean and safe workplace.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and use SAP for data entry.

Job Summary

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager


• Working knowledge of various Pigment, Dyes, Polymer olifin & Eng. Plastic


• Maintain equipment health and calibrate labo equipment per std procedures with help of maintenance dept. have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR etc. equipments


• Candidate should have good knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments and have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, other lab Instruments


• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy


• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand


• To work closely with other Quality Control Engineer and support quality in case of any manpower short


• Maintain housekeeping standards 5S, to ensure a clean and safe workplace


• having Experience to work in software SAP system, ISO document preparation, maintain records, prepare reports


• Various other duties as assigned by Department head.
