Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Hyderabad is seeking a Quality Control/Process Engineer to create new formulations under guidance of the tech manager. The role requires hands-on experience with pigments, dyes, mica pigments, and lab instrumentation like spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, maintain 5S housekeeping, and support SAP-based records and ISO documentation. Collaborative with QC and maintenance teams to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in pigments, dyes, mica pigments and related lab instruments.
• Familiar with spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc and FTIR equipment.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed during shifts.
• Assist in SAP system usage and ISO document preparation.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and quality records.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Engineer and maintenance dept.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager


• Working knowledge of various Pigment, Dyes, Polymer olifin & Eng. Plastic


• Maintain equipment health and calibrate labo equipment per std procedures with help of maintenance dept. have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR etc. equipments


• Candidate should have good knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments and have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, other lab Instruments


• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy


• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand


• To work closely with other Quality Control Engineer and support quality in case of any manpower short


• Maintain housekeeping standards 5S, to ensure a clean and safe workplace


• having Experience to work in software SAP system, ISO document preparation, maintain records, prepare reports


• Various other duties as assigned by Department head.
