Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a skilled QC/Lab engineer to support formulation development and maintain lab equipment in Gurgaon, Haryana. The role involves creating new formulations under the tech manager’s guidance and ensuring safe, compliant lab operations.

You will work with pigments, dyes, mica pigments, and industrial polymers, operating spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR instruments, and maintaining records per ISO standards. SAP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager.
• Knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments; spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR instruments.
• Maintain equipment health and calibrate lab equipment with help of maintenance dept.
• Health and Safety rules and company policy adherence during shift.

Responsibilities

• Create new formulations under guidance of tech manager.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment with maintenance dept.
• Operate spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR instruments.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and 5S housekeeping.
• Maintain records and prepare reports as per ISO standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and other departments.

Job Summary

• Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager


• Working knowledge of various Pigment, Dyes, Polymer olifin & Eng. Plastic


• Maintain equipment health and calibrate labo equipment per std procedures with help of maintenance dept. have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR etc. equipments


• Candidate should have good knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments and have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, other lab Instruments


• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy


• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand


• To work closely with other Quality Control Engineer and support quality in case of any manpower short


• Maintain housekeeping standards 5S, to ensure a clean and safe workplace


• having Experience to work in software SAP system, ISO document preparation, maintain records, prepare reports


• Various other duties as assigned by Department head.
