Job summary

Venus Hr Consultancy Surat seeks a dedicated production shift operator to independently manage shift operations in pigment manufacturing. You will operate and monitor chemical process equipment, implement production plans, and take corrective actions to sustain safety, quality and productivity.

This role requires working in rotational shifts, coordinating with maintenance and production teams, and applying ERP/SAP and production software to ensure smooth plant operations.
