Move One, Inc. is seeking a Quoting Team Leader to head the Moving Quoting Team, delivering accurate, competitive quotations across international markets.

You will manage workload, KPIs, and performance, while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Move Coordination to ensure timely quotes.

The role involves pricing reviews, vendor negotiations, and process improvements, with a focus on 24/48-hour SLAs and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Quoting Team, managing workload, priorities, and performance.
• Ensure quotations meet 24/48-hour SLAs and quality standards.
• Review pricing, margins, costing, and quotation accuracy.
• Handle complex, VIP, multi-country quotations, RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Move Coordination.
• Negotiate rates with agents, carriers, forwarders, and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and drive team productivity and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate tariffs, pricing tools, systems, and country information.
