Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end pricing for domestic and international project cargo.
• Prepare pricing for ODC, Breakbulk, Heavy‑Lift, RoRo and special equipment.
• Develop multimodal solutions across Ocean, Road and Air as needed.
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines, operators, ports, and agents.
• Evaluate cargo specs and feasibility before finalising quotations.
• Prepare detailed cost sheets, quotations and tender pricing with margins.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Tendering teams on viable solutions.
• Identify routes, equipment and vendors for complex cargo movements.
• Support RFQs, tenders and large bids with commercial pricing.
• Maintain vendor relationships and benchmark market rates.

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end pricing and commercial solutions for Project Cargo, ODC, Breakbulk, Heavy-Lift and Special Equipment movements, ensuring competitive pricing and healthy margins.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Projects Pricing for domestic and international project cargo movements.
• Prepare pricing for ODC, Breakbulk, Heavy-Lift, RoRo and Special Equipment including Flat Rack and Open Top containers.
• Develop competitive multimodal solutions covering Ocean, Road and Air movements as required.
• Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, vessel operators, transporters, ports, terminals, CHA and overseas agents.
• Evaluate cargo dimensions, weight, routing, equipment requirements and operational feasibility before finalising quotations.
• Prepare detailed cost sheets, quotations and tender pricing with appropriate margins.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Tendering teams to develop commercially viable logistics solutions.
• Identify optimal routes, equipment and vendors for complex and oversized cargo movements.
• Support RFQs, tenders and large project bids, including commercial evaluation and pricing submissions.
• Maintain strong vendor/carrier relationships and continuously benchmark market rates.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Project Logistics Pricing.
• Hands-on knowledge of ODC, Breakbulk, Heavy-Lift and Special Equipment cargo.
• Strong understanding of project cargo costing, routing and multimodal transportation.
• Good network with shipping lines, vessel operators, transporters and project logistics vendors.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex and high-value project quotations and tenders.
