Job summary

Shree Vasu Logistics, Gurugram, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to prepare quotations for transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and 3PL services. You will handle RFQs/RFPs, obtain competitive rates, and support the sales team with pricing analysis and profitability tracking.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics pricing or commercial operations, strong Excel and ERP/CRM skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Opportunity to contribute across India in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics pricing, freight forwarding, or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and 3PL services.
• Handle RFQs, RFPs, and tender pricing.
• Obtain competitive rates from transporters, shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, vendors, and overseas agents.
• Prepare cost sheets, pricing analysis, and margin calculations.
• Maintain pricing databases and update freight, transportation, and warehousing rates.
• Coordinate with customers and the sales team for pricing requirements and revisions.
• Monitor market trends, freight rates, and competitor pricing.
• Negotiate rates with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare MIS reports, quotation trackers, and profitability reports.
• Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow up on pending proposals.

Role Summary:

• Knowledge of Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in logistics pricing, freight forwarding, or commercial operations.
