Job summary

Absolute Translations Ltd is seeking a Remote Sales Quoting Manager to oversee the end-to-end quoting process and deliver accurate, timely quotes to our global clients.

You will collaborate with sales, operations and finance, review requests, analyse customer requirements, and develop competitive quotes aligned with pricing strategies, while ensuring feasibility and compliance. This full-time remote role follows UK working hours (9 am–6 pm) Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in using quoting software or CRM systems; experience with HubSpot or similar tools would be advantageous.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Objectives:

As the Remote Sales Quoting Manager, your primary goal is to oversee the end-to-end process of creating and delivering accurate and timely quotes to our clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving business targets. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of quoting requests
• Collaborating closely with sales, operations, and finance team members
• Developing competitive and compelling quotes aligned with our pricing strategies

Quoting Process Management

In this role, you will:

• Receive and review quoting requests from various team members
• Gather necessary information and analyse customer requirements
