Gimi Michi is seeking a proactive Last Mile Operations Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch, tracking, and inwarding across Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms. You will coordinate with 3PL partners, warehouse teams, and platform stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries, stock availability, and minimal disruptions.

The role requires strong PO understanding, appointment management, GRNs, fill rates, chargebacks, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Last Mile Operations, Quick Commerce, Marketplace Operations, or 3PL coordination.
• Strong understanding of POs, appointment management, GRNs, fill rates, chargebacks, and SLAs.
• Experience in vendor, courier partner, and warehouse coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets with pivot tables and MIS reporting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Unicommerce, Prozo, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Existing relationships with Quick Commerce or E-Commerce platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Track PO across Quick Commerce platforms and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Monitor city-wise and dark-store fill rates to ensure stock availability.
• Share daily dispatch readiness updates at 8 AM and 6 PM with internal teams and Prozo.
• Resolve short receipts, shipment rejections, MRP/case configuration disputes, and chargebacks.
• Manage Amazon FBA and Flipkart replenishment, including STO creation, labelling, and shipment compliance.
• Track FC inwarding and escalation delays to prevent stockouts.
• Handle reconciliation of lost/damaged units, removal orders, and ASIN discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily with Prozo, platform KAMs, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as single point of contact for shipment updates, escalations, and resolutions.
• Maintain MIS reports and trackers for real-time shipment visibility and performance.
• Identify recurring gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

About the role

Gimi Michi is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Last Mile Operations Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch, shipment tracking, and inwarding across Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and E-Commerce (Amazon, Flipkart) platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of purchase orders, appointment scheduling, fill rates, GRNs, reconciliation, and chargeback management. This role requires strong operational ownership, timely problem-solving, and effective coordination with 3PL partners, warehouse teams, and platform stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveries, inventory availability, and minimal operational disruptions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Track purchase orders (POs) and coordinate appointment scheduling across Quick Commerce platforms.
• Monitor city-wise and dark-store-wise fill rates to ensure stock availability and minimise penalties.
• Share daily dispatch readiness updates at 8 AM and 6 PM with internal teams and Prozo.
• Resolve short receipts, shipment rejections, MRP/case configuration disputes, and chargebacks.
• Manage Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF replenishment, including STO creation, labelling, and shipment compliance.
• Track fulfilment centre (FC) inwarding and escalation delays to prevent stockouts.
• Handle reconciliation of lost/damaged units, removal orders, and ASIN-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily with Prozo, platform KAMs, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the single point of contact for shipment-related updates, escalations, and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and trackers for real-time shipment visibility and operational performance.
• Identify recurring operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Last Mile Operations, Quick Commerce, Marketplace Operations, or 3PL coordination, preferably in FMCG/F&B.
• Strong understanding of POs, appointment management, GRNs, fill rates, chargebacks, and SLAs.
• Experience in vendor, courier partner, and warehouse coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, MIS reporting, and dashboard tracking.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Unicommerce, Prozo, or similar 3PL/OMS platforms is an advantage.
• Existing working relationships with Quick Commerce or E-Commerce platforms are preferred.
