Job summary

Zoho Hyderabad seeks an experienced Quick Commerce Operations professional to own onboarding and expansion across Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and Flipkart Minutes. You will coordinate with platform POCs, internal supply chain and marketing to ensure timely catalog placement and accurate pricing.

You will drive onboarding of new products, monitor inventory, optimize pricing, and deliver regular performance reports in a fast-paced D2C startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce Operations with Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and Flipkart Minutes.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary POC for Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy, Flipkart Minutes, etc.
• Lead onboarding onto new quick commerce platforms and expansion into new cities/dark-store clusters as the channel scales.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new products, ensuring catalog placement, accurate descriptions, and competitive pricing.
• Track SKU-level availability across dark stores and push replenishment ahead of stockouts.
• Monitor pricing, visibility, ratings, and promotions on platforms to ensure hygiene.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities and optimize revenue.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
• Ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns on quick commerce platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, order volumes, inventory levels, availability and ad spends.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the primary POC for Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy, Flipkart Minutes etc.,
• Lead onboarding onto new quick commerce platforms and expansion into new cities/dark-store clusters as the channel scales

• Track SKU-level availability across dark stores and push proactive replenishment ahead of stockouts
• Monitor brands pricing, visibility, ratings, and promotions on quick commerce platforms to ensure hygiene
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities and optimize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and superior customer experience
• Ensure smooth execution of key events and campaigns on quick commerce platforms.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce Operations working with platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and Flipkart Minutes.
• Prior experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG, D2C brands.
• Good stakeholder management — you'll coordinate across platform POCs, internal supply chain, and marketing teams simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C/startup environment with operational rigor
