Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager for office fit-out projects in Pune. The role demands 8+ years in quantity surveying and strong expertise in BOQ, cost estimation, billing, variations, and claims management.

You will manage tendering, contractor selection, and commercial negotiations, review RA bills and invoices, monitor costs against budgets, and prepare cost reports and forecasts. Collaboration with PMs and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
• Strong experience in office fit-out/interior projects.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, billing, variation and claims management.
• Experience in contractor/vendor negotiation and final accounts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and QS/commercial documentation.
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying and commercial management for office fit-out/interior projects.

• Analyse contractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and client representatives.
• Support final account settlement and project close-out.
