Job summary

Greenmark Developers is seeking a Site Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle BoQ preparation, measurements, and billing for ongoing villa and high-rise residential projects in Hyderabad. The role requires 1-5 years of experience and a civil engineering technical background.

You will coordinate with site engineers, contractors, procurement, and project teams to monitor quantities, costs, and variations while maintaining accurate commercial records. Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
• Good understanding of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software.
• Ability to read and understand civil/construction drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in villa and high-rise residential projects is preferred.

Responsibilities
