Job summary

Sahanas Creations in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, invites a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer to manage BOQ creation, prepare cost estimates and rate analyses, and handle tendering and contractor bill verification.

The role requires reading drawings, preparing work orders, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams to monitor costs and support cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing and tendering.
• Experience in commercial buildings and interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing and work orders.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
