• 35 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and industry-standard estimation software.
• Strong understanding of standard codes of measurement, tendering processes, and local construction laws.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial awareness, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Budget Control: Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and implement cost-control procedures.
• Contract Administration: Manage subcontractor agreements, evaluate monthly progress claims, and issue payment certificates.
• Procurement: Assist in evaluating supplier tenders, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and negotiating contracts.

• Reporting: Generate regular financial status reports, cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments for management.
