Job summary

PMC Hydenben Llp is seeking a Qualified Quantity Surveyor for Bengaluru to lead cost estimation, budgeting, and contracts in a dynamic construction environment.

You will prepare BOQs, monitor expenditures, manage subcontractor payments, and provide regular financial reporting to management, while negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of proven Quantity Surveyor experience in construction.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and standard estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of measurement codes, tendering, and local construction laws.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial awareness, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
