Job summary

Clout Hi Tech Innovations is seeking a Quantity Estimator to handle take-offs, BOQ verification, billing, and cost control across civil projects in Tamil Nadu. The role requires preparing detailed quantity take-offs from approved drawings and submitting client RA bills and contractor bills, while monitoring quantities and costs.

You will also reconcile materials, assist in tendering, and maintain daily to monthly quantity records, ensuring adherence to contract conditions and specifications.

Qualifications

• BOQ preparation, estimation, billing and rate analysis experience.
• Knowledge of contract documents, IS specifications, and measurement standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Verify BOQ quantities and identify quantity variations during project execution.
• Prepare quantity reconciliation statements for materials such as concrete, steel, pipes, valves, earthwork, and other civil works.
• Prepare estimates for additional works and revised quantities.
• Maintain records of work progress and quantities executed.
• Assist in tender quantity verification, cost estimation, and bid preparation.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and project quantity status reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications.
• Support project audits by maintaining proper quantity and billing documentation.
