Job summary

Designplus Architecture in Gurugram, India, seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and budget control for high-end interior projects.

The candidate will review drawings, prepare cost reports, and support value engineering, coordinating with architects and contractors to ensure contractual compliance and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 58 years of relevant experience in architecture, interiors, fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, estimation, and billing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of CostX, Candy, or MS Project will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior projects will be preferred.
