Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking a seasoned Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor in India to lead the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and BOQs for civil, interiors, landscape and façade projects. The role requires strong QS experience, tendering and contracts management, with a focus on residential developments and budget control.

BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred, plus strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, tender documents and BOQ for Civil, Interior Finishes, Landscape and Faade.
• Provide expert cost advice and ensure accurate budget management that meet quality standards.
• Stay updated with market standards and good practices, applicable codes and BOQ standards, guiding junior team members as needed.
• Preparation of Tender documents, Contract documents, and detailed BOQs in coordination with architects and consultants.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs; supporting budget preparation for new projects.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Strong experience in quantity surveying, tendering, or contracts management, only from real estate development.
• To lead the preparation of detailed Cost estimates, Tender documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Civil, Interior Finishes, Landscape and Faade.
• The role involves providing expert cost advice and ensuring accurate budget management that meet quality standards.
