Job summary

Goyal & Co in Bengaluru seeks a Quantity Surveyor with 4-7 years of QS & Billing experience to manage cost analysis, budgeting and billing for residential and commercial projects. The role involves site visits and travel to project sites.

Exposure to ERP systems for labour and subcontractor bill certification, and a focus on cost control and productivity optimization is required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in QS & Billing.
• Residential and commercial project exposure.
• Male candidates preferred due to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Estimation and preparation of master quantities for all items as per the comments on codes for the project.
• Preparation of Material reconciliation for A Class & Bulk materials on every month
• Cash flow forecasts, P.O and W.O quantity preparation on every month
• Certification of Labour bills & Certification of Subcontractor running bills and maintaining track sheet for the bills through ERP Software
• Preparation of bar bending schedule
• Preparation of project closure report
• Preparation of profit loss statement for labour bill processing
• Spent & Stock Preparation on every week.
• Preparing rate analysis for all activities
• Responsible for cost analysis and control conducting feasibility studies for estimate materials, time and Labour cost.
• Managing and assessing variations and providing accurate costing on works
• Preparing actual productivity of technicians and comparing with budgeted productivity, discussing with project head to increase the efficiency of work.
