Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveying: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings & specifications; maintain BOQ for all project stages; conduct rate analysis; assist in cost estimation & budgeting; verify material reconciliation.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare & submit bills (RA and final); check and certify subcontractor & supplier bills; ensure timely submission of measurement sheets and documents; coordinate with site & accounts teams for verification.
• Contracts & Documentation: Assist in contracts, tenders & quotations; keep accurate records of work and measurement books; ensure billing and contractual documentation comply with standards; liaise with clients and internal teams for approvals.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare cost and progress reports; highlight deviations between actual and estimated costs; support cost control decisions; coordinate with procurement & planning for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quantity Surveying:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings & specifications.
• Maintain and update BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for all project stages.
• Conduct rate analysis for new & extra items.
• Assist in cost estimation & project budgeting.
• Verify material reconciliation & ensure accuracy of consumption records.

2. Billing & Invoicing:

• Prepare & submit client bills, running account (RA) bills & final bills.
• Check and certify subcontractor & supplier bills.
• Ensure timely submission of measurement sheets & supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site & accounts teams for bill verification & certification.
• Handle variations, change orders & maintain proper documentation for the same.

3. Contracts & Documentation:

• Assist in preparation & review of contracts, tenders & quotations.
• Keep accurate records of work done & measurement books.
• Ensure all billing & contractual documentation comply with company standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants & internal teams for approvals & clarifications.

4. Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare cost reports, progress reports & cash flow statements.
• Highlight deviations between actual & estimated costs.
• Support management with data for project cost control & decision-making.
