Job summary

MACOM in India (Uttar Pradesh) seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to manage all QC operations from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring compliance with BIS, API 5L, ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards. You will oversee inspection processes for ERW pipes, galvanized products, poles and fabricated components.

You will calibrate and maintain testing equipment such as UTM, Hardness Tester, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, and conduct DT/NDT inspections, review MTCs and TPI documents, and

• Ensure the calibration, upkeep, and accuracy of testing equipment such as UTM, Hardness Tester, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, etc.
• Conduct routine inspections, visual checks, destructive & nondestructive testing (DT/NDT).
• Prepare and review Quality Control Reports, Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) documents.
