Job summary

MACOM is seeking a QA professional in Kundli, Haryana, India to oversee raw material testing, in-process and final inspections, and product acceptance. The role includes handling customer quality, calibration schedules for instruments, and leading 8D problem-solving to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities include supporting ISO 9001 audits, preparing scrap/rejection analyses, and maintaining MIS with defect trends to drive quality targets. Strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in raw material testing, in-process and final inspection.
• Knowledge of quality metrics and MIS reporting.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and calibration of instruments.

• Responsible for Raw material testing, In process Inspection, Final Inspection & PDI.
• Responsible for Customer Quality and timely calibration of various instruments.
• Responsible for Customers audit as ISO 9001.
• Prepare the rejection & Scrap details daily/monthly and perform analysis to control rejection.
• Handle Customer Complaints and create 8D reports to address issues.
• Maintain MIS, Defect analysis and root cause analysis to meet targets.

Job description

• 1. Responsible for Raw material testing, In process Inspection, Final Inspection& PDI
• 2. Responsible for Customer Quality and timely calibration of various instruments
• 3. Responsible for Customers audit as ISO 9001.
• 4. Prepare the rejection & Scrap details on Daily/Monthly basis & Do analysis to control the rejection.
• 5. Handling Customer Complaint & Making 8D (Internal& External) to avoid thecomplaint.
• 6. Having Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Core Quality Tools and Maintaining MIS, Defect Analysis, Customer Complaint & find out the root cause & analysis the same to achieve targets.
