Job summary

Zetwerk is seeking a Quality Control professional to oversee QCPs, ITPs, and method statements on fabrication projects. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specs, and applicable standards, while maintaining quality records and traceability.

Key tasks include inspecting cutting, bending, welding, and finishing, verifying welder qualifications, and conducting incoming material inspections per MTCs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Quality Control Plans (QCP),Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), andMethod Statements
• Ensure compliance withISO 9001, project specifications, and applicable standards
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and traceability documents
• Inspect fabrication activities such asCutting, bending, rolling,Fit-up, welding, grinding, and finishing
• Ensure welding is performed as per: Approved WPS/PQR, IS / ASME / AWSstandards
• Verifywelder qualifications
• ConductIncoming Material Inspection (IMI)as per MTCs
• Verify material grade, dimensions, heat numbers, and traceability
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and consumables
