Job summary

WIN WIN SOLUTIONS in Pune is seeking a Quality Engineer to conduct sulphate chloride tests at site and at batching plants, perform cube testing, and witness third-party testing as per ITP.

You will inspect materials at site, raise MIRs, maintain quality documentation, identify root causes, prepare reports on QA indices, and work with internal teams to improve product quality; site audits will be conducted as needed.

Qualifications

• QA experience with sulphate chloride testing and site quality checks.
• Experience in witnessing cube tests and third-party testing per ITP.
• Ability to raise NCRs/MIRs and prepare RCA/CAPA for recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sulphate chloride test at site and batching plant.
• Cube testing and third-party testing witnessing of all the material as per companys ITP.
• All activity checking from start to finish.
• FTR, WIR & NC raising and preparing of RCA CAPA for the repetitive NCs.
• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
• Monitor the entire construction cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
• Inspect materials received at site and raise MIR and maintain all quality procedure documentation.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and recommend fixes
• Prepare reports for Good Practices, Observation, Quality Safety Index and CTQ’s.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
• Conducting site audit and cross site audit as and when required

Preferred candidate profile
