Job summary

Lodha is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to uphold quality standards across site activities, support NCR processes, and verify material quality at batching and construction stages.

The role requires BE/B.Tech with 2-5 years (or Diploma with 4-8 years) experience in real estate or construction. You will coordinate with multiple teams, manage documentation, and drive continual quality improvements on site.

Qualifications

• Understanding of quality management principles and site QA processes.
• Ability to monitor batching, concrete quality, and construction workmanship.
• Experience in NCR handling and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Quality Manager to execute works as per requirement.
• Monitor and control the quality of concrete at batching plant, checking and pouring point.
• Highlight defects or process irregularities and suggest corrective actions with contractor.
• Check and monitor external non-conformities for information and approval by Quality Manager.
• Coordinate quality monitoring during foundation, RC walls, waterproofing and finishing items.
• Lead weekly quality meetings and distribute observation reports.
• Coordinate with different teams to resolve quality issues at site.
• Maintain controlled quality documents and records.

Job description

Role Objective: Maintain quality standards for all quality related work and raising Non-Compliance Report and material checking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to Quality Manager to execute works as per requirement
• Monitor and control the quality of concrete at batching plant, checking and pouring point
• Highlight all defects or process parameters or documentation irregularities that are encountered and suggest corrective measures along with contractor
• Check and monitor the external non-conformities for information and the approval of the Quality Manager
• Monitoring & supervision for the construction of structures which includes open foundation, R.C.C. wall, waterproofing treatment, finishing items.
• Weekly Quality meetings for follow-up of open NCR & Observations and other Quality issues highlighted /issued and emailing quality report monthly to all concerns. Also conducting weekly quality walk and sending observation report
• To coordinate with various teams regarding quality issues at site
• Proactive approach to improve quality of work at site, minimise rework and demonstrate continual improvement.
• Record, receipt and issue of quality related controlled documents

Qualification & Work Experience:

• BE/B.Tech with min. 2-5 years of experience or Diploma with min. 4-8 years of experience working with Real Estate company.
