Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking a Quality Engineer to conduct site and batching plant testing, witness cube tests, and maintain quality documentation across the construction cycle.

The role includes root cause analysis, RCA CAPA for NCs, setting guidelines on checks and standards, performing site audits, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• B.Tech/BE/DCE with minimum 5 years experience (3+ years for Junior & 5+ years for Senior).

Responsibilities

• Conduct sulphate chloride test at site and batching plant.
• Cube testing and third-party testing witnessing of all the material as per companys ITP.
• All activity checking from start to finish.
• FTR, WIR & NC raising and preparing of RCA CAPA for the repetitive NCs.
• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
• Monitor the entire construction cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
• Inspect materials received at site and raise MIR and maintain all quality procedure documentation.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and recommend fixes
• Prepare reports for Good Practices, Observation, Quality Safety Index and CTQs.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
• Conducting site audit and cross site audit as and when required
