Job summary

Deejos Enginners And Contractors is seeking a civil QA/QC professional to inspect construction activities, ensure compliance with approved drawings and IS codes, and manage quality tests on RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and finishes.

The role requires Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with experience in QA/QC. You will prepare ITPs, reports, NCRs, and coordinate with site teams to drive corrective actions and maintain thorough QA/QC records.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in construction quality control / QA-QC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil construction activities per approved drawings and specs.
• Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
• Conduct slump tests, concrete cube tests, material inspections and other quality tests.
• Verify incoming construction materials meet project specifications.
• Check reinforcement, bar bending, concrete cover, shuttering, dimensions, levels and alignment.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITP), checklists and quality reports.
• Identify quality issues and raise NCRs where required.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants and Project Managers to resolve issues.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, project specs and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations to management.
